hmm...sounds like the black kids in your school are unrully....
Is your school predominantly white? Perhaps that is why they may stick together in one group.....What does your school do about the situation, what about the parents, and the PTA.......rowdy kids are one thing, but if everyone stands by and looks, then they are just as bad as the kids.

First, if he's the only child of a stay-at-home mom who is "targeted", I think you need to drop your claim that the school is targeting him because you don't work outside the home. I am amazed at the number of parents who are completely anti-school and are sure their child is targeted by these cruel adults. My question is "why?" Why would an adult choose a career where they will be underappreciated and REALLY underpaid if they don't care about children, unless they just figure the school atmosphere would be most likely to provide them more innocent children to prey on and torment in their sadistic ways? Keep in mind, my son IS the hard-to-handle one in his class. His teacher, the counselor and the principal all said we should sit down and have a talk and try to come up with a plan of action because he's having trouble and he's causing problems for the other 19 children in his class. See that's the thing. Your child is allowed to have his issues about wanting to be the center of attention and the usual issues of adjusting, but it's the last day of October, he's had time to adjust, and the school is obligated to act in a way that is in the best interests of the majority of the students. That means that it's unreasonable to suggest that THEY need to adjust to your son's issues if he is disrupting the entire class. Now, I get that it's difficult and that children should be dealt with supportively and stuff, but personal experience has shown ME that a child can often adjust more quickly and more completely if the people in their lives are not in a constant clash. Since we've worked WITH the school, my son is really adjusting well and there is truly a partnership between my husband and I, and his teacher and the school. Maybe if you take a step back and re-evaluate your claims that everyone has it out for your five- or six-year-old, you may be able to prioritize and have some clout when you go to them to address REAL problems. For example, the deal with the bus. That's a real problem. If he's supposed to be dropped off at a side street instead of the main highway, you need to fight to get them to do it right. But as long as you are making a big issue about how they are racist and they are targeting your son because you are a stay-at-home mom and everything else, any legitimate complaint you make will probably not be taken as seriously. No, it should not be that way, but that is often the case. Whatever, I know you're going to thumbs-down me, and I don't care. This is getting ridiculous.

You seem to have too much time on your hands to worry about the black kids. I think that it is not fair and it seems you are being judgment towards the race of the kids instead of the kids. I have seen all different races congregate in large groups during lunch, before school, after school etc. It is not just the black kids who congregate in large groups and get into trouble. You are also sterotyping. Kickers are white, Latin Kings and BBK's are hispanic, and Crips and Bloods are all races.... I am not stating that I agree with the behaviors but I am making a point that is should not be classified as a racial issue when trouble comes. We should pay attention that all kids need supporting/supportive peer groups to keep these kids busy when they subject to such nonsense. Your school is also responsible for ignoring the issue and perhaps providing/enforcing a better disciplinary solution to the problem occuring during lunch.

As far as I know, black people are the minority in Canada as it probably is in your school. When there are a small number of people with a similar tie, they are more likely to know each other and get closer. It's the same way with anybody. Some of my friends are Vietnamese and Sudanese and I always wondered how they all knew each other here, but I asked and it's because ethere aren't that many of them. People seek out people that are similar to themselves because there is a comfort level that comes about with it. You may only notice that the black people group together, but what about the other people? In my school, the band people grouped together because those were the people that they were around most of the time and those where the ones that they knew. Black culture has very little to do with staying quiet. We are to acknowledge our heritage and our culture has evolved into not being silent. But even if they are loud, wouldn't a group of anybody be loud. A large number of people is going to bring about noise and attention, therefore the teachers are more likely to be watching them because they can hear them better. That's not to say that the othere students aren't doing anything, it just means that they aren't getting caught, so little attention is brought to them.
As to the comment made when the kid had to go to the office, some kids say things all the time, but a lot of times it's just for show. I can think of countless times when I have said that to my friends, but ina joking manner. But in the same manner, I've heard girls say things that have similar meanings, but you can't judge a whole race because of something you heard one person or a small group of people say. If that was the case, I could hate all muslims just because of comments made by a few or all Germans because of one man, but a few people are just that, A FEW PEOPLE and they don't by any means represent the whole race. Maybe if you look at your friends, you may realizethat there is some commone thread between all of you which is why you chose them as your friends, but I'm not going to judge you because you chose them as your friends. For you, it may not be skin color, but that is a main cause for similarities.
Black people are black people. We have been forever and we will be forever. Maybe you should learn to accept it and not worry about judging people for who they are. There are more important things in the world to be concerned with other than the loud group of people in the cafeteria.

Hmmm...I'll address the first part of your question. May I suggest this book:
Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria? And Other Conversations About Race. by Beverly Tatum
-OR-
"ME" has a good point. Perhaps you should ask them. Dialogue typically engenders understanding.

Us black folks stick together, because we feel more comfortable and confident when around people we can relate to. Another reason is because when black people hang together, it allows us to say things to eachother that we wouldn't be able to say if hanging with another group of white kids or of another race. "It's just because I'm black" is more of an inside joke thing these days more than anythin else. Toronto, Alabama, Kansas, Hawaii, it happens jus bout everywhere.

Oil and water cannot mix. There are many reasons for their actions. For example, environmental upbringing, segregation school setting, labelling/branding. Many times people behave the way others expect them to.

I"m sure you're over-exaggerating. Not all the black kids hang with each other. And there are knuckleheads in your school who aren't black so stop wasting your time focusing on something so stupid. Just mind your business and get straight A's.

right now children are rebellious and unruly. It was for told in the bible that . 2Timothy 3:1 in the last days critical times hard to deal with would be here. Everyone wants to rebel even if he has nothing to rebel about.
Read the yahoo.com news Some Muslim cleric in Australia said that women who don't cover their head deserve to be raped.
He likened it to fresh meat left out for the cat, if the cat eats it is it his fault? Actually, condoning the rape of women who don't wear a scarf on their head to cover it.
How can they prove to God that they can resist temptation if they never have any? Wouldn't that be more of a sin to give in to temptation. Then to be so weak spirituality that the sight of women's hair turned you into a lustful animal.
