stay under 1200 calories per day, and stop drinking any and all soda or beverages that have calories. Stick to LOTS of water and also switch to skim milk and dont ever eat fast food. Good luck

typical answers for this one...eat better, count calories, exercise frequently...thats truly the only way, unless you enjoy self harm and become anorexic...

eat right exercise I joined oa it helped me to get rid of what was making me fat there are no miracle cures look at oprah
