What kind of forum? Programming, Administration? There are a million IT forums/messageboards to look at.

It also depends on your definition of mature and knowledeable.

I frequently go to CNet forums for their great people there. Though you ahve to understand that most forms will have those few who don't know the proper conduct on a public forum and will make a fool of thems selves. There is always one.
