Well you want to use your first urine of the day as it is the most potent. When your test is positive have sex as you will O around 12-36 hours later. Good luck!

Urine degrades quickly, even when refridgerated. I imagine most urine hormone samples would not be valid after 3 days.

Do u mean pregnancy test? or ovulation. For pregnancy test I think it doesn't matter.
