Religion and Politics as far as I can see, both have killed more people than any other illegal drug that I know of. Forget alcahol, speed, ecxtazy, coke and heroin ,as if they made these legal they would take them out of the hands of the gangsters and be able to moniter addicts, they would be able to get clean needles so aids would not be such a problem. Just something to think about.???

Disagree with you on the drugs. However you are right on the money with religion being responsible for more wars and killings/murders etc than any civil power! Maybe not so much nowadays, but never the less they have to accept guilt over the problems they have caused in the world.

Religion is however always used as a moral back up for invasion. Just listen to Herr Bush when he talks about the war in Iraq etc. Or Muslims or any religious group justifying their murder of others!

Marijuana should be legalized.. As for the other drugs... They should be decriminalized, and we should open clinics that monitor an addicts usage, to slowly get them off the drug. But those drugs should stay illegal in large quantities, because large amounts suggest the person may be a drug dealer. Drug addiction is a personal problem, not a criminal problem. But drug dealers spread destruction and make a profit off of it. And that is a criminal problem.

you miss what the drug really is. the one underlying both is "power". THAT is the drug. However, it is also at the very root of social interaction, so we're all "on it". Some just crave more and different sorts in different ways (religious, sexual, economic, political, cultural, etc)

the first threee dimensions are spatial.
the forth is temporal.
the 5th dimension is power.

Nationalism and anti-intellectualism. Unlike greed and power, the rich and the poor can both become equally addicted.

i think of the main threatening drug is Meth. i think of this because of the outcomes it has on human beings. i do no longer think of that alcohol, nicotene,or caffeine ought to be unlawful. I do think of they should make the regulations for them slightly extra strict nevertheless. different than caffeine because of the fact caffeine fairly isnt as undesirable as human beings say that's. I do think of that marijuana ought to be made criminal. i think of it would provide up loads of better half and young ones violence and gang violence. i think of they ought to be over-the-counter like cigarettes. the only subject is that loads of individuals might get hooked and there may be loads of ill human beings. properly thats my opinion. wish it helped!
