How do you deal with it? Is it possible to Kill, or Maime the person to where they would have something to ***** about?

I presently work with someone who is negative and insubbordinate with every aspect of our daily duties. I also work with someone, older than me, that likes to be childish and mumble remarks about me and towards me under her breath. I am about ready to kill or maime her, but i just kill her with kindness!

Yeah it isn't the easiest thing. Just think postive and give compliments on everything. what ever you do don't give up hang in there. eventaually it will go away. Give it some time. Talk to your boss about. If that dosen't work call on the big boss." God". You may want to find out what is eating at the other person.

Yes I have worked with ppl who only say negative stuff.
I quit.
They're begging for more stuff to complain over ... so your best defense is to smile at each one of their miseries ... and then counter with a positive statement about their miseries ... Start off by making a joke of it ... then give yourself points for each time you counter their winning with joy.

it is work trying to stay clear of a negative person if you would just be quiet and not say a word and look them straight in the eye's they will think you are crazy and leave you alone i tried this and it work's
