OK, this will look really cool.

Eyes- Stick with a gold shadow with some glitter in it. If you use red she will end up looking freaky, not sexy. Use a black eyeliner to line the entire top lid and halfway in on the lower lid. (If you rim the entire lower lid, it will give the illusion of her having really tiny eyes, which is not cool.) If you want, you can sort of "kick" out the liner on the top lid so it extends past the eyes in a flirty way. It gives more of a fantasy illusion, like a costume should.

Cheeks- keep neutral, no blush (devils don't blush.) If your friend is already sort of pale, you should play that up with a nude-toned translucent powder on top of her foundation. This will make her eyes and lips really pop.

Lips- Red lipstick, naturally!! Just make sure it's the right red for her skin tone. If she's fair-skinned with light eyes, go for a red that has blue undertones. If her complexion is a little more warm-toned or olive, or if she is a woman of color, go for a red lipstick with yellow undertones. If you can't figure out which is which, ask the lady at the makeup counter to help you. But usually you can tell. In drugstors, some of the brands like Cover Girl actually have a little indicator on the packages, letting you know if it's for warm or cool tones.

Body Glitter- Put body glitter on all the parts of her body that show, but avoid the face because her eye makeup will already be glittery enough.

She's lucky to have a nice friend like you. Good luck!

hey, do smocky eye effect:

base-layer gray shadow, not shiny one, from lash to middle of the eye (think Barbie-like) on upper lid. Then, starting from outres corner, usinga skinny brush, just swipe the black shadow like you would with the eye liner. for even more effect, wet the brush before dipping into black. Then, smudge at the corners to "lift up" the liner part. Then, 2 coats of black mascara on top lashes, skip the lower ones, b/c she will look tired. Then, red lipstick, of course, be sure to line the lips though too. Oh, see if you can find a red shiny lip-gloss over the lipstick-- more of a vynil effect. Have fun

I was a sexy devil a few years back. I used a very light foundation. I made flames around my eyes with black eyeliner and colored them red, orange and yellow with red glitter. I had fake eyelashes and red lipstick with black eyeliner. I also gave my cheeks more definition with a light streak of black.

Okay, I have the perfect idea!

First, do her make up as pale or as tan as possible. [depending on her skin tone]. Then, do heavy black eyeliner and heavy black mascara. Use red sparkly eye glittter or any shade of red eyeshadow, throw on some red lipstick, and voila!

hope this helps!

Just vamp her up real good... definitely use red lipstick...

And if she could get some of those cosmetic contact lenses, that'd be the kicker!
