While I don't quite understand your question, I'll cover all grounds:
1) Obesity is the #1 factor for hypertension (high blood pressure) and Type 2 Diabetes (adult onset).
2) Being overweight by 44 lbs is considered "obese"
3) Just to see how overweight you are, go to the grocery store and pick up 4 ten pound bags of potatoes, and do your shopping with them in your hands........Yep! That's what you're carrying around in excess baggage, buddy.......
4) I strongly suggest that you shed some weight before Holloween and the holidays, as it isn't going to be any easier with holiday weight gain.......Best of luck, Roy.......

Not necessarily. If you're reasonably fit and eat a decent diet, you'll be fine. The bad stats for 20kg overweight people is from people who sit on their bums eating junk food all day. Lots of people are overweight and healthy - it's an individual thing. Keep track of things like blood pressure and blood sugar, which are much more dangerous than a little extra weight.
