At work, I have a great job and I'm really getting into the groove of things. I have done more cleaning and streamlining in the last three weeks than she did in her two years here (like decluttering the kitchen, the copy room, the file room and reorganizing the office). HOWEVER, she comes in CONSTANTLY to see one of the guys here and I feel extremely threatened--even though I know she's moving in 2 weeks to Florida. I know that the owner wanted to hire her back, and my boss won in hiring me...but still! WHY oh WHY? I'm not normally a jealous person!

Everything I've gotten from coworkers was how she didn't do things--like cleaning out the kitchen/organizing the file and copy rooms, and being content without implementing/organizing/stream... anything...and I've done so much more--it's driving me nuts!

She is trying to make you feel inferior and show you how popular she is. Don't let her bother you. Be friendly back. Remember this:
Keep you friends close and your enemies closer.
It is a normal reaction you are experiencing and she is wanting you to feel that way. Hey, she'll be gone. Another thing, don't talk about her in a negative way to anyone right now. I don't think you are showing jealousy, just anxiety.

She'll be gone in 2 weeks and you won't have this problem anymore. Just tough it out. Pretty soon no one will even remember her!
