I seem to recall a gameshow from circa 1990s which involved a team who had to lead one member through the maze, but said member was not able to see, the others had to direct him
It was called Knightmare
It was one of the beginning uses of CGI in TV.

It wasn't knightmare that was a good show but nothing like as good as the adventure game which was shown around 8 years previously.
Mind you probably if we saw it today it was look really cheap and rubbish.
