When you're pregnant, you have increased blood flow. Mucous membranes are the first place you will notice this due to the fact that they're thinner and have blood vessels close to the surface. You will definitley be stuffy and possibly have alot of bloody noses as well. My doctor also said sudafed was safe, but always ask yours first. Also, I use the vicks vapor inhaler too. It helps you feel like you can breathe when you can't. Ps. I live in Michigan... talk about weather changes!!!!!

I had really bad sinus when I was pregnant and the best thing to do is to taks some sudafes or your doctor might give you a small dose of claratin that is what my doctor did for me. The other thing that I found out that helps drinking a cup of hot tea because for me it seems to break of the mucus that I had stuck there.
