No I haven't...and last night my 12 year was looking through my jewelry box and pulled out a necklace that my first love gave me back in High School. It was a black coral heart on a silver chain he had gotten for me in Mexico on a Spanish Club trip. It brought back alot of old memories.

I haven't forgotten him...I don't think I ever could. Nor would I want to, those are some good memories. Unfortunatly we lost touch, so he's not a part of my life now, but that relationship helped to define all others, so in a way he will always be a part of my life.

Not forgotten because I have a beautiful girl from that relationship. But he isn't important to my life or hers for that matter.

I remember my first love. We were an item from 1st grade thru about 10th. A lot of fun times and conversations. We just ended up going different ways. I'm in my 50s so this has been a while ago :-)

no, in fact i'm chatting to him right now! lol... he was very important, we were together on and off for 5 years, and he's the first (and sometimes i think the only) person i've ever loved. And we've ended up being very good friends though we both live in different continents now and we know that's all we're ever going to be now

I remember him, though not fondly. He was important in making me realize that only I can shape my self-esteem/self-worth. I learned that I deserved better than the way I was treated and that I was better off alone than with a man(boy/azz) like him. Men(jerks) like him make me grateful for the partner I have in my husband.
I wouldn't go back and undo my time with him, it made me who I am, but I am glad I don't have to relive it.

Yep. Dragon has forgotten him. She is fickle. That was way back in second grade and she has had many other loves since then.

Nope, still think about him daily. He was not too important just a loose end I would have liked to tie up.
