i crocheted a baby blanket for a shower i have next week...what do i put in the card to let them know that its homemade but without making it sound corny?

As someone who makes blankets for kids and adults, you could put in 2 things. 1. THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GARMENT (it should be on the paper band that your yarn came in) 2. Made with love from _______ and your name. Keep it simple.
