as in, no more than 30 dollars 4 a custom sweater, an dit has to be good quality, and fast.

Lots of Stay at Home Moms and Homemakers will usually take this on as a project. Search the Crafting boards or ebay.

I don't know that you're going to get custom cheap or fast, but Gabriel Brothers has brand name clothing at a good price.
