I think it is relationships with your parents.

If a girl has a bad relationship with her father, she will feel neglected and look for love and attention from other sources and may become promiscuous.

If boys have a bad relationship with their father, sometimes they become gay or start killing people.

Motherly love is important to self esteem. Everyone wants their mother to be proud of them and love them.

Every single moment that presents a negative situation, and the person makes a Decision, they Have Effected whom they Are, and therefore, there own Self-esteem, wether they know it or not.
