I don't know if you mean your eternal soul or your sense of well being. If you mean our eternal soul, I would say my faith. If you mean my soul as in my sense of well being, I would say laughter shared by friends and family. I love to hear children laughing. Their laughter is unbridled and honest. Ever noticed or have you ever been a part of contagious laughter. Next to laughter a smile on someone you love can be just as satisfying.

Since 1 and 1 makes 2, I'm going to suppose you want to know what is the favourite food for my soul...

I would have to say: be in nature, close my eyes, feel the wind in my hair and on my skin, listen to the trees, bees, birds. Try to feel nature connecting to my soul and enjoy the moment...

ps Enjoying some chocolate can help too...
