please tell me i am having trouble with someone its doing my head in what can i do it been over 3 weeks

i used paypal an thet had 99.9% rating an seemed ok a day later it said they were no longer registered

I have had hardly any trouble for years, but within the past month, I have had problems with two different sellers. One was a dvd I ordered and it came right away, but was a cheap knock-off--a copy off of a television program, not a legal copy. They gave me my money back immediately. A word of caution here--don't just look at the seller's rating percentage, but go in and look at the comments. If they keep their comments private, do not buy from them!
The second was a seller who had a great rating, but the product never came. They said they sent it out twice but I still haven't received even one of them. They gave me an immediate refund when I asked for it.
Both of my transactions were through paypal, which I like to use because there is tracking.

I have had real good luck with eBay purchased about 12 items .Arrives well within advertised time and items where as described. I always checked the rating of the seller and reviews before I bid. You didn't say how you paid for item, when you purchased. If you sent check or money order they are waiting for it and the clearing check. If paypal or credit card then depends on mode of shipping its usually ground that could take 7 days after shipped.

yes i had trouble with a seller who demanded further postage after the invoice was paid and then did not send the item this was reported to ebay and paypal but never recieved the item or a refund

yes i've had trouble on ebay from not recieving items i've paid for if you payed this person through pay pal report the person their i.d. and the item code also report them to ebay aswell.
if you payed through paypal you have more chance of getting your money back
good luck as it is a lot of stress if you don't know anything and if your new to ebay watch out for the scammers it's in the p&p

If you used pay pal you should be covered! I have an eBay store and also purchase frequently. I always check feedback! I have only had one problem, and since I used pay pal, my money was refunded. Generally speaking, eBay is a great place to shop! It's unfortunate you're having trouble!

No. I've only purchased from those who have good ratings.
I love eBay! I've purchased from it a plenty and sold on it!
(yeah...that's bad when they're no longer registered. Just report it to eBay and they'll walk you thru the steps you should take.)

you need to lodge a complaint soon with ebay. you only have a month. hopefully you paid with paypal, if not only use paypal for now on because if someone cheets you you get all your money back. if you paid by check or money order i think you can get some of your money back.

similar thing happened to me won item guy wanted more for postage after few weeks contacted him he said sorry thought i sent your item with lots of others. still no sign of it. another atempt to contact him and he was no longer registered with ebay. you have 3months to make a complaint with ebay. but chances are you have lost your money. i lost £45 but learned from it

one of the guys i work with had that problem and no he got hosed. No money back no GPS system. Always use paypal or credit that way you can dispute the charges you pay with money order you can easily be riped off
