Sorry, my vote is with Richard. The Hoff eventually chopped the perm; Simmons has ALWAYS had his.

Simmons is gay as hell. So is hasselhoff. Difference is= Hasslehoff has had sex with Pamela Anderson. Hasselhoff scores in my book.
