The first famous pharaoh of the Old Kingdom was Djoser (2630–2611 BC) of the Third Dynasty, who ordered the construction of the first pyramid (the Step Pyramid) in Memphis' new necropolis, Saqqara. An important person during the reign of Djoser was his vizier, Imhotep, who oversaw the constructions of that necropolis
But not with Hebrew slaves but Egyptian.
.Israelite slavery began in Egypt is still unclear in many sources. A few historians believe that this may have been due to the changing political conditions within Egypt. In 1650 BCE, Egypt was conquered by tribes, apparently Semitic, known as the Hyksos by the Egyptians. The Hyksos were later driven out by Ahmose I, the first king of the eighteenth dynasty. Ahmose I reigned approximately 1550 - 1525 BCE.But this does't mean Hebrew slaves build pyramids they build fortification, city walls, city maybe in the quarries but not pyramids or temple because it's forbiden(this structures are consider sacred by Egyptian).
(I said Hebrew slaves because there were 12 tribes of Israel. And Jews are Jehudah/Judah tribe so don't mix Jews term with Hebrew)
And Egyptian who build pyramids not slaves but civilian as you now they worship Pharaoh as God.By building the pyramid they feel as served their God.

No one actually knows who built the great pyramid at Giza. There is evidence of the pyramids of Giza existing for at least 2000 years before Khufu was even born. Some of the "discoveries" inside the pyramids were fakes and forgeries. Most Pharaohs were buried in the Valley of the Kings so the pyramids were not even used as tombs. Many scientists have come up with ways that they were built, but to this day no one has been able to duplicate it. Learned people don't like unanswered questions, so they come up with plausible answers. If there is supposed to be a progression of pyramid building, then why are the later pyramids so inferior to the ones at Giza? I would love to have been there when they were built, but then I know something that you do not.

Actually the more fabled notion that the ancient Pyramids of Giza were solely built by slaves has come under much scrutiny over the last decade. It is becoming more and more believable that the Pyramids, as well as other monuments in Egypt were built by Egyptians, and not so much by Jewish slaves, or slaves for that matter. Certainly slave labor was practiced and was very common in the area. Many varied estimates have been made regarding the workforce needed to construct the Great Pyramid. Herodotus, the Greek historian in the 5th century BCE, estimated that construction may have required 20,000 workers for 20 years. Recent evidence has been found that suggests the workforce was in fact paid, which would require accounting and bureaucratic skills of a high order. Polish architect Wieslaw Kozinski believed that it took as many as 25 men to transport a 1.5-ton stone block. Based on this, he estimated the workforce to be 300,000 men on the construction site, with an enormous additional 60,000 off-site. 19th century Egyptologist William Flinders Petrie proposed that the workforce was largely composed not of slaves but of the rural Egyptian population, working during periods when the Nile river was flooded and agricultural activity suspended.[

The aliens built them. Humans did NOT have the ingenuity to build them. Heck, humans can't replicate them to this day, and you believe the history books saying the Egyptians built them over 5,000 years ago ! If you look at some pictures of Mars, there is a 5 sided pyramid ! Do you think the Egyptians went there and built that one also? Just because the pyramids are in Egypt, doesn't mean they built them. THEY DIDN'T !!

According to most historians, the Egyptians used mildly sophisticated architectural tech and a LOT of slave labor to build those monoliths. Of course, there are some who say that aliens helped the Egyptians to build it and that is why the Egyptians have so many odd-looking Gods.

That is not the current belief, It is now thought that
It now thought that the Egyptians built the pyramids themselves. They built them to help guide their pharo into the afterlife. Then he could take care of them after death.

Slaves were never used to build pyramids as it was considered an honour to build the Kings tomb. Egyptian men were conscripted in to do the work.
