The popular answer is VC but I've been watching loads of videos on You Tube and I think Kobe Bryant is probably the best just because of his style and grace. Like he did this one two handed reverse dunk under the basket where he came from one side and turned around and pumped the ball and I swear his head looked above the rim. There's also this one 2 handed dunk he did in the white lakers uniform where I have never seen someone jump from that far away off 2 legs.
