What??

Was this for just one day, or is this a permanent thing.

Furthermore, given it is only 15 minutes, I think your response made you sound like a bad employee. I would go to your boss, apologise for your silly outburst, and ask if he can clarify what he wants as your working hours. Maybe it was only that one day, or maybe it is to be permanent.

If it is a major change, and it is impractical for you to change, you then have the right to object, and he has an obligation to LISTEN to your objections and CONSIDER your situation.

I hope you can civilly resolve this situation.

i think of which you will locate that below the reforms, purely small employers would be allowed to no longer furnish coverage to those that artwork for them. i do no longer understand why a super form of people have fallen for lies approximately healthcare interior the U. S., overseas and additionally the planned reforms [one million]. I propose, if the healthcare gadget interior the U. S. is so good, why don't have the different international locations taken it up? ought to it extremely is using here data? fact - the U. S. spends greater on healthcare in keeping with guy or woman than the different u . s . on earth [2]. fact - the U. S. has greater dying fees for infants below 5 than western ecu international locations with common well-being coverage [3]. Or if the U. S. healthcare gadget is administered so properly, why no longer run the hearth service like the healthcare gadget? [4] in keeping with possibility it extremely is as a results of the fact interior the U. S., previously the reforms Obama introduced in, coverage companies pushed up fees, offered politicians and refused to pay claims that persons pay for [5]. (seem up Wendell Potter on YouTube to pay attention greater if the link below is merely too long.) Obama needs to make coverage greater low-value, end coverage companies from refusing well-being coverage to those with pre-latest situations, and confirm they pay out whilst they're meant to [6], a gadget resembling that which inserts in Taiwan [7]. He debated this previously he became elected [8]. Is it perfect that a lifeless American 4 year previous might have had a greater useful possibility of life in the event that they have been born in Canada, Cuba, Germany and a super form of alternative industrialised international locations with common healthcare? in case you think of my arguments are incorrect, digital mail me with data. yet once you could't, enable Obama attempt to help united statesa.. If he fails, vote him out in 2012.

if you read you contract and it says contracted hours/days "9:00am-6:00pm saturdays" and he says that he wants to change it to 9:15am-6:15pm then you are within your rights to refuse this decision, how ever if th contract says you jut work saturdays for "x" ammount of hours then they can change your hours with out your approval... my work place did the same to me but seen as though i was the first instance they couldnt change it as i told them i had made commitments and unless they ould provide taxi (i use public transport) i couldnt work longer, my employer soon asked someone else...
