Well, besides being totally un-constitutional, i think it sucks. The only ppl it gives security to is Mexicans, by borrowing it from the U.S. and Canada.
And if what i read is true, that Pres. Bush has pushed it, then i'll be the first to demand his impeachment.

I think it may work, the European Union is working isn't it?
Canada has lange unexploited land territories, the US has good technology, Mexico has natural richness and heritage.
Imagine Mexican beaches administered by capable people with high technology! Canadian Resorts with Mexican service!
