The best way to learn to draw a human body is to have a human model. Barring that, try copying the masters (not to publish anywhere in any form, but only as practice). That's how most of the masters became masters, but studying other greats.
Look up Da Vinci and Michelangelo.

Drawing the body is a hard site to find. any free drawing site. but the library has tons of drawing books.
If you make a human 7 inche high, the head is 1/7 of the body. The next six, divide that into half. Half upper body and half lower body. tha is all I remember

Not a site but a book that may help. "Drawing on the Right Side of your Brain."
This is not an easy undertaking and requires many hours of practice, but with diligence, you can get it. I can't tell you how many drawings of Da Vinci I have copied. Every line, every pose. I'm partial to pencil because of it's flexibility and shading potential.
Ya just gotta do.

I suggest you go to library and get a good book, there should be a lot of them. Other than that, the ideal human proportions are 8.5 heads tall. Also I suggest getting photos of people from magazines and using the head as a guide discover the proportions yourself.
