Why is yahoo not answering the question about 999 error?

ok the error info on 999, is in the link.but last nite i also got that error,i don't have broadband.. here's what i did and got right in.
log on to yahoo mail or messenger 1st then go to games. This by passes the My Secure Yahoo home page

They have . They say it is your server. Because there are too many playing at primetime! lol
