Hiro's powers are cool especially if they were in the advanced stages. I would love to teleport anywhere without having to use any mode of transportation. It's also cool to stop time.

Hiro's power seems to be a popular choice. But I would pick Peter Petrelli's power. Though it would be inconsistent and he would have to learn how to use the different powers, I think he is the strongest and obviously leading to a leadership role.
It doesn't take him long to access another's power either. If he can take on more than one power at a time, then he is the most powerful.

My first thought is the guy who takes on the powers of whoever he's with, but that's actually a rather inconsistent & inconvenient power to have. (I do wonder what he'll be like when more than one of them are around, though. Perhaps that will be the key to the series' climax?)
Going with a consistent power, I'd pick Hiro's time & space bending.

I think Peter obtains the power of whomever he is near, so I'd kind of like that. BUT, Hiro's would be cool, as would Claire's. To travel through time or to be able to heal yourself, that would rock!!!

Flight since everyone has taken Hiro's powers already. But I think we will soon be introduced to someone who has multiple powers, so that might be an option too.

I'd be the cheerleader because I think it would be pretty awesome to be indestructible. While it may be great to be able to predict future events, I'd hate to have to be a herione addict to do it. Hiro's would also be cool.

Yeah he has pretty cool powers. I would want to either have his power or the cheerleaders. I would not want to have the painters powers or the male nurse's. Seeing the future has never been something I really wanted to do.

The cheerleader for sure. I would be a really popular party favor cause i'd keep on living, and it would be great fun screwing with other peoples minds "i'm dead!, no wait , i'm alive, opps, nope dead again!" Good times i tell ya.
