If they are his children, yes, and please contact an attorney as you need one to do this and can also have him to pay the attorney fees for filing for it in court to collect the maintenance. You have to be legally separated, meaning you have filed for divorce to get maintenance. After the divorce you will collect child support as the amount will be determined by the judge on how much money he makes. Hopefully he is employed so you can collect. Good luck. I hope you and your little ones will be okay.

Yes it is the law, depending on his wages, the amount will vary. In UK he has to pay until the child is 16 or 18 if the child goes into further education.

If you're talking about child support for his children yes. There are laws with rather stiff penalties for nonsupport of children. The amount paid is based on the father's ability to pay. Those with more financial means must pay more. You would need to check with the office of the local magistrate in your area. Some jurisdictions provide enforcement teams which aggressively pursue deadbeat dads.

Yes he has to pay child support. It is based on how much the woman makes and the man makes. They give the woman what is the difference out of the mans pay! He is screwed with three children on child support, especially if the woman doesn have a job because she has to be at home providing childcare

Yes a man should be made to pay maintenance for his children. Other circumstances are taken into account such as income, household expenditure other dependants whether is has got another partner/family. The best thing you can do is contact CSA and see what they have to say..
Also if you are on benefits you won't get the money.

In the US a mother may request support for minor children (under 18 yrs old). The court will hear the case and the father may request a DNA test to determine if he is really the father. If he is, support will be based on his income. He may also request custody, which would alter the arrangements.

yes - as long as he is the biological father and a Court has ruled it so he HAS to pay - amount will be based on income -- with that many kids he is going to be in the poorhouse! If the judge rules he has to pay - and he doesn't then he is also in contempt of court and will face jail time on top of every-thing else. If it isn't court ruled - and he doesn't want to pay - I suggest bringing him to court....

yes he has to pay if you are separated or divorced. It depends on the income and how much time is spent with each parent. Also, it varies by which state you live in.

I think he'd have to pay a third of his wages..but if you have an agreement between the two of you for a regular satisfactory amount, you are supposed to notify the authorities so they don't set the CSA onto him,

Are they his? If so, then yes. The amount will depend on how much he makes. In some places in the US, he can be forced to pay up to half of his gross income.............
Best to get it in writing in case he decides he does not want to pay.
Good Luck!
