Depends on the felony. Some felony convictions automatically exlude you from getting/having a CDL. Check with your local DMV for more details.

As far as driving jobs, there are thousands of them. You can go to monster.com; layover.com; craigslist.com or any of hundreds more job listing sights and look for driving jobs. Or you can try the direct route and go to the websites for individual companies like swift, werner, jb hunt, ect. You apply for driving jobs, just like any other job except you may be required to submit a copy of your driving record. You can get that from your local police department or DMV for a small fee, and you can photocopy it.

But with a truck driving job, you need to remember that driving a truck is a VERY VERY time-consuming job. You will live, eat, sleep and drive in the truck for up to 21 days at a time, depending on the company and route you are assigned to. You probably won't be home every night to see your family, you might not even make it home every weekend. You have to be able to follow directions and read maps. You have to be comfortable "pushing" 40-tons of vehicle and cargo down the road in ALL traffic conditions and weather conditions -- you can't stop driving just because there a possibility of snow or rain, you can't stop driving just because it's "rush hour" in the city, ect. You have to be able to read & follow the directions to fill-out your paperwork and log-books, if you don't fill them out completely and correctly ... you will be shut-down and shut-down means that the customer's cargo isn't going to be delivered on-time. You have to be prepared to sit and wait to get loaded for hours on end, then be ready to drive to your destination when the trailer is loaded. Depending on the loads and the company you're driving for, you have to be prepared to load & unload your own truck. These are just a few of the obstacles to a "good truck driving job", there are many many more. Good luck!

get yourself a lucky rabbit's foot and look into getting a pardon. that will help you and just keep on truckin till you get lucky. jobs are out there it is just a case don't give up til you nail one. not everyone will care about the felony but do play it straight and keep your nose clean. once they know you have a record they will be watching you. if you do the right thing you will build up respect and trust. good luck and put the pedal to the metal and watch out for smokie

you have to put it out there and explain not the details but what it taught you, dint avoid it but position it as the past.

If it a violent offense you are not likely to get a break though

It probably depends on the felony, and if it has been discharged.
