"Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" was the number one pop single on the Billboard Hot 100 in late 1969. The song was written and recorded by Gary DeCarlo, Dale Frashuer, and Paul Leka and released, attributed to a then fictitious band "Steam," on the Mercury subsidiary label, Fontana. Although subsequently released recordings and a quickly assembled touring band Steam met with little success, the song "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" remains a perennial favorite.

Sounds like the Wilson Pickett version of "Land Of A Thousand Dances", also done by Cannibal & The Headhunters. Both songs are from the 60's, but I'm inclinced to believe the one you want is by Wilson Pickett. Download it on Limewire or wherever and listen to it.
