2) What sort of repair is necessary for the exhaust (or tail) pipe?
3) Which fan(s)? for the A/C-heater, or for the cooling fans for the engine?

if you're welding probably 75 dollars for fixing a pipe.

If you fixing a part of the pipe it depends on which side of the catylitic converter you are.

If you are on the front of the catty you're looking at 140+ after (away from motor) you can get universal piping to fix it.

Fans may be from 50 bucks to 450 bucks. Depending on the car and whatcha need
