The back of the shoe keeps slipping off which inevitably means that I look like an *** when I'm walking at times because I'm trying to get them back on! AARRRRGGGGHHHHH!! Its so frustrating! Is there anything that I can do or put in the shoe so that it doesn't slip off my foot! They're just too georgeous to never wear!!!

You can buy inserts for them for the back and maybe an insole to bring your foot up a bit.

Stilettos are great for kicking men with rude comments right in the testicles.

Well do what my grandma used to do...stuff some tissue in the toe...

They also have these toe cups for dancers at a dance shoe store...ask for the ballet point shoe toe cups...

They also have at the shoe stores in Dillard's, and Macy's, or a more upscale shoe store, these little soft strips you can put in the heel and on the bottom of your soul to take up the extra room, I use these all the time in my heels...

for a emergency put a couple band aids on the inside of the heel and this also will take up a bit of the room...

Have fun and stay outta trouble in those shoes :)

OK I personally HATE this problem but I have found that if you put something in the toes of them they will push your foot BACK into the shoe more....if they are open toes then a real cool trick that I found out from a friend was to put double sided tape on the inside of the shoe and slide your foot in carefully...it will hold you in place. Now do know that it will irritate your foot and you will have to cream ALOT after wards but isn't it worth it for the shoes?!?!?

Dr. Scholls (sp) has a whole line of things for shoes. I bought these patent wedges and I have the same problem. I just got the fabric slips you put in the back of your shoe. They help to keep me from walking like a duck to keep my shoes on. Either that or you can make something yourself that will take up the extra room. Like cloth or something.

Well, why cant you get them exchanged??

If you have to repair them, then try taking it to a cobbler to mend the back strap or make it tighter.

Try a pair of athletic socks. I think wearing heels with socks is in fashion, or at least it would make an original fashion statement.

They're made for wearing when you're on your back anyway...so why does it matter if they're a little big?

OK...maybe while on your knees as well.
