It's not the actual kissing that is considered cheating......unless your boyfriend or siginifant other actually see you kissing someone else.....then you're up the creek! Another import thing to take into consideration.....it's not so much the kiss, but the thoughts you had leading to the kiss.....and what the thoughts were afterwards also. How would you feel if you're significant other also asked the same question you just asked......?
Best of Luck!

This is how I classify cheating in my mind.. "Anything you wouldn't want him/her to do to you" So if you would get upset if they kissed someone else then yes it is cheating. Also cheating is any kind of communication with the intent of something physical. Giving phone numbers or email info out knowing that you are going to try and be physical.. To me thats cheating.

kissing is cheating to me. Kissing is a very personal and intimate thing. Do you remember in Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts told Richard Gere no kissing? Some people consider kissing more personal than sex. I find sex the bigger mistake though.

At the time I was sneaking away and just kissing and groping a female co-worker I did not think so....

But looking back now, even though that was all we did, I see that it was really cheating.

Yes kissing anybody( besides family members ) when in a relationship is cheating... Looking at other men/women and lusting after them is cheating, flirting with other men/women on phone or in emails is cheating, screwing someone else is cheating, cybersex is cheating, flirting is cheating...

It depends on the nature of the kiss, but... basically, other than a friendly peck on the cheek or something, yes, it is cheating.

Depends?? Are you in a relationship? Would you call it cheating if He was kissing another woman?? You would crap your pants and accuse him of cheating I bet if he did it to you!! Yes It is cheating in my eyes. Your lip's are meant for him!!

technically some would say no but ask yourself this:

would i do this if my partner were present? if you can't say yes then more than likely it is cheating or a form of infidelity that you shouldn't risk

if your husband/boyfriend were there and you would still kiss him then do it its not cheating

but if he were kissing me -- sweetheart it would be cheating :)

Well it depends on weather you are going out with someone while you kissed another guy. It also depends on which guy you liike more. If you like the guy that you are going out with better than the one you kissed then I would start saying sorry, but if you like the one that you kissed then I would let the other guy down slowly....you don't want to hurt his feelings.........

I consider it to be...but I've had long conversations/heated debates with my boyfriend...and he doesn't...nor do most guys seem to think that kissing is cheating! Go figure! But...if its not cheating..then why the hell do they get mad if you do kiss another guy?
