c links below 4 a educated angle on eating disorders.
i had anorexia 20 odd years ago, my then GP sent me 2 a Mental Health Unit. Which I thought would b really scary, but they did help.
It came down 2 my own self-image & i did beat it.
But all these years later I wonder why Anorexia is still being treated now.
It's shameful that nobody of authority has learned or made steps 2 stop it in it's tracks.
kids r not allowed 2 b kids anymore 2 much pressure/demand and grow up 2 quickly.

No, but I've always been a weird eater. I was born allergic to everything except rice cakes & raisins. I'll go for months w/o eating much, then months where I just eat & eat. I just do whatever my body tells me to. If I crave steak, I eat it. If I crave an apple, I eat it. People think I'm strange because I eat whatever, whenever. But my doctor says I'm healthy!
I'm not allergic to any food anymore, but if I eat food that's too greasy, I pay a big price.

I am not, but my daughter is. It is a pretty bad problem related to self esteem. I have been trying to convince my daughter to see a therapist and have not been successful as of yet. If you have it, you should see a therapist and see what is the underlying problem that is causing you to have this disorder. Good luck to you.

I don't wanna answer this question so cynically.
But eveyone suffers from some kind of eating disorder, however mild.
Food matters, and so do you.
