Yes. People need to be challenged to become stronger. That is why body-building is so much work. Dragon does not like to lift weights, but she is emotionally strong because of the mental weights she's had to deal with.

I think so. It makes us stronger & shows us what we're capable of & living to the limit teaches us where our boundaries are. That makes us stronger.

Everyone is different. For some, their tolerence of life's pressures can be handled easily. For others, they can only hanle so much before they go "postal". And then are those that can't handle anything at all.
