Usually, you only have to use one or the other. If both are required, I use the p.o. box first, then the street address (only if it is a business).

If they are using a po box, they are not getting their mail at home. Otherwise, I don't think it makes much difference.

It depends on whether the letter will be delivered to the street address, or to the P.O. Box. Check this site for guidelines.

If you have a street address you don't need to put the PO Box.

When you have a PO Box - you do not put a street address.
