You still need to go to an ENT, ear nose and throat specialist and be evaluated for possible problems with your inner ear that is causing your equilibrium to be off balance. This causes Vertigo. You can still have normal hearing and have this problem. Also make sure you are getting proper sleep, exhaustion can be a factor.

There's no way to say exactly what is causing dizzy spells until you get a complete check up by your doc. Dizzy spells can be caused by anything from pregnancy, orthostatic hypotension, dehydration to brain tumors and the list goes on and on. Go see your doctor soon. Good luck.

This could be an inner ear infection (you will have to have an MRI to be diagnosed, you won't feel it, but you will get dizzy...) Or it could be caffiene... SOunds silly, but that was happening to me. Dr's did soooo many tests and found out nothing was wrong with me...but I realized everytime I had caffeine, it would happen....Jut all of a sudden! I practically lived off caffeine my whole life before that....

Make an appointment to have a blood pressure check at your Doctor's surgery. How long has it been since you had an eye test? Get one of those too if you haven't been for a long time.

It could be a reduction in blood sugar, or a spike. See your doctor to get tested for diabetes. You may also be getting too warm. I've fainted on occassions just by being too warm. I would definitely see a doctor though. Best of luck!

not a doctor, just has read a lot..

maybe you are pregnant..

another possible reason could be that your blood pressure might be dropping.. get that checked out too..

see a doc if it persists...
