I am travelling to India in December and wish to see a bollywood film being shot and to meet any filmstar, any advise.

its advised to straight head to mumbai if u relly wna meet film stars! well..u can go to shoot location or land up at the studios or end up auditioning yourself for the actor ;)!

MEEEEE!!! Everything about Bollywood is so easy on the eye lol! I love the colours, the dancing, the singing, there's some hot AND talented actors (Aamir Khan and Hritik Roshan being my favourites!!) and the clothes are soooo beautiful! I know some films aren't that original, but you do get the odd gem, my favourite would have to be Lagaan I *think*, but I'm always changing my mind! I love Kajol too, she's so pretty, wish I could look like that :) I have a whole collection! Since I went to India about 2 years ago I've been hooked!

Mumbai city is Bollywood. So naturally u must visit Mumbai.
Before touching down in Mumbai, contact somebody u know who's connected with bollywood and arrange to see the shooting et al. Else it is very difficult to experience the thrill of bollywood.

Mumbai would be the ideal place to go.
Many actors tend to live in South Mumbai and shop in stores like Shopper's Stop. Might find them on the roads.

If you want to see a Bollywood film in the making all you have to do is get a bunch of skanky, uncoordinated, poorly educated guys and girls, put them in the most disgusting outfits imaginable and have them do something resembling a dance but looking more more like an ungraceful herd of elephants...
The whole Bollywood industry is a waste of space!

go to any mall, u'll see a pretty good movie. my sugegstion: Don, Jaan-e-Mann, Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna or anything else (Try Dhoom 2)
well, the second proposition is a little tough. go to Mumbai (Bombay). check out juhu beach. if ur lucky, u'll see a star, though i'm a bit sceptical

they sales the flush and blood. ya they take out the dress for the actress, and they make a hero killing 100 persons, no police, no laws, NOISY sound (its called music) sex sex sex. world wide good business. 90%nude actress acting for money. jus waste to spent 3 hrs. this is bollywood.

mumbai is the place, most of the stars live and shoot in mumbai. mumbai is a happening place and allmost all of the films a shot in mumbai.
they do go out side of mumbai to shoot some sceanes but most of teht ime its is based in mumbai.
