You are still in your second month. It can be confusing if we are considered full term at 40 weeks, but pregnant 9 months (which seems more like 36 weeks) So say you are "in" your second , third, and ninth month pregnant. When calculating weeks preggo, you count from the first day of your last period, that is where 7 weeks and 1 day comes from. That is when your unfertilized egg began to get ready to be released. Sooo, technically we are usually past our 1st month of pregnancy b4 we even know we are pregnant? Clear as mud right?

4 weeks= 1 month
8 weeks= 2 months

16 weeks =4 months
20 weeks= 5 months
24 weeks= 6 months
28 weeks= 7 months
32 weeks= 8 months
36 weeks= 9 months
40 weeks = 10 months

I never bothered with the months. I just told people when they asked that I was x months along.
You are pregnant for 40 weeks, if 4 weeks= 1 month, then you really are pregnant for 10 months. That's why it's confusing to figure out.

Pretty much until you are six months sweetie, just go by weeks, pregnant people and docs usually go by weeks because there is technically 10 months of pregnancy. Don't confuse yourself. Everyone understands when you say you are 7 weeks preg. If you want more accurate say 7 and..3 days, don't stress on how many months

Why did you ask this question twice?
And the question you are asking is "how far ALONG am I?"
How "long" you are has to do with height and how tall you are.
Here is another answer:
4 weeks along = one month pregnant
8 weeks along = two months pregnant
12 weeks along = three months pregnant
16 weeks along = four months pregnant
There is a pattern here. Just add four weeks for each month. actually 4.5 weeks is more accurate, but I don't want to make it too complicated for you.
