After it has been defrosted, it needs to be used in 24 hours.

Freezing and thawing the milk will break down some of the good properties of the milk. Refreezing thawed milk can destroy valuable proteins in milk.

While freezing and storing is OK, it is ideal if you don't have to freeze it. Breastmilk will last a week in the fridge, so if you'll use it w/in 7 days, don't bother to freeze it.

you can't refreeze anything that's been defrosted. Once it's at room temp it starts to gather bacteria so it's not fresh anymore.

Leaves room for bacteria to grow, although technically you CAN, its just not recommended, as it kills some of the nutrients to freeze it, so is not recommended more than once.
