gifts come in many forms, and sruprises usually are the best kind. when we were in the worst part of the monsoons in viet nam, back in the late 60s this little guy that no one could stand being near, showed up with a 5 gallon jug of hot coffee, foil wrapped hot meat ball sandwiches, and probably best of all the papers for our return home to civilian life. now some 35 years later, i work for this guy, and no one can say an unkind word about him.

When I got my license at 16. It took me three times to past the driving test because I was so nervous. I finally past it, I got my license. When I came home, I saw a car in the driveway, and come to find out my parents bought me a that car. That was the best surprise gift I ever got.

It wasn't actually the gift but the cake and ice cream from an
Army buddy and his beautiful wife, who looked like Gloria Estefan
for my 22nd birthday. It was truly a surprise.

My boyfriend at the time sent me this dancing chicken in the mail for Easter. It was the cutest thing ever, it played the chicken dance and would wobble across the floor when you put it down. It still makes me laugh when I am sad. It just came one day in this plain brown box, and I knew nothing about it coming.

I went to a tea party for my sons 5th grade class on mothers day. at the end the class sang "a song for momma" by boys 2 men. There wasn't a dry eye in the whole class. I'll never forget it.

I have no gift as a surprise..But the best gift I have had is my mobile-phone ;-) My father bought it for my birthday.

My friends gave me this laptop when he emmigrated to Portugal. Was totally unexpected but he said I was such a good mate I deserved something good! Miss them.
