Yes. Married and looking is the same as cheating.
When someone says they are married and looking, the common meaning for that is: I'm married, but I want a hot no-strings attatched night with someone besides my wife or husband. Are you interested?
So yeah. Why they don't just say that? I don't know. I guess it sounds 'nicer' or makes them feel better about being sleezeballs. I don't know. I cannot stand cheating. Almost every guy I've ever been with (Save for 2) cheated on me. And... so I don't know.
They just want sex, that's all. No strings sex.
And, most people who know the marriage is over and can't aford or don't want the cost of the divorce, just say that they are separated. Not married and looking.
I am separated. My marriage is over. I haven't seen him in a long long time, but... I can't afford the divorce. The difference is? We're no longer together, not trying to work it out. We're separated.
Married and looking indicates that they're still together, still in the relationship, still... -married- but... still want a hot fling on the side.

It means they are looking for a good time or just tryna get some. It is the same as cheating. Marriage is a sacred union designed for only two people. It aint right to bring other people into that, no matter how rocky the marriage is getting. Stick it out. The vows said, "for better or for worse."

You hit the nail on the head, they are bastards! I too have met many men who have come-on to me even though I am married as well and they pull that crap! I usually hear the old "My wife and I don't sleep together anymore" or "She just doesnt understand me" or "We have an araingement" or we only stay married for the sake of the kids" "its a loveless relationship" GIRRRRLLLL I've heard it all! And its all BULLSHIT! they are just horney and want some variety. I'd have more respect for them if they just came out and said, "Hey I'm just horny wanna fool around?" Take heart though there are good guys out there I promise!

If they are married why are they looking? Same as cheating unless they have an open marriage and she knows and has agreed to it. But then why be married?

because being married is a piece of paper at times when you know the marriage is over but dont want the cost or lose from it, Heck I had a bed left from my last divorce and a ton of money,
I dont think it is right to say they are married but looking,, but I will say I understand

Theyve not cheated yet and may not intend to. My husband always says that if there is a beautiful he going to look but he better keep in little man in his pants. But I think if a man is looking so much that it hurts their spouse then they should stop and respect their wifes feelings.

Well, when you get married you're not dead so people will always notice other good looking people...that's just human nature. Looking is different than flirting.

Married and looking means I want to have sex with random women but I want them to know upfront that I will not leave my wife. Hence I'm a selfish piece of sh*t that wants to have my cake and eat it too.
