No, but please don't give major league baseball any ideas!

Man, that's all I need, EIGHT HOURS of baseball.

Besides, they basically never play double headers even in the regular season, unless it's a make up game (or those ridiculous day/night double headers)... growing up, we always had double headers on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc... teams would typically play 5-8 DHs during a season. No more. Doubleheaders are a thing of the past.

The major leagues have never played a doubleheader in their World Series. It did happen in the 1932 ***** League World Series between the Crawfords and Monarchs, but hasn't in the major leagues.

The person above is likely correct in saying it never will happen, because it would mean less revenue, and it's a tough sell for TV.

No! There is no need for a double header, the season ends when one team wins four games. They are not pressed for time and/or deadlines, just weather. The players, managers and owners wouldn't go for it either.

Personal Opinion, NO. There will never be one either because of the lost of revenue. I say that because of the times and people attending the game, some may not be there for the day game and the sponsors also do not want to advertise in the day because national audience is not great. Primetime is where all the major commercials are broadcasted. Hope you understand that.

Not to date. Don't ever expect to see one now, either, because of the potential money loss to the league.
