What is your purpose in life?

To feed a thousand hungry children in Rowanda?

To make music with a heart felt message to tell the world?

To build the most modern, asthetically orgasmic building known to man?

To make your family alot of money so they will never have to worry again?

To discover a new species at the bottom of the deepest region of the ocean?

To sacrifice your life for one person so they might move on to save hundreds of people later?

To show so much love to as many people as possible so that they might know that God HAS to exist for such love to be possible?

To drive faster than anyone has ever driven?

Or to sit on Yahoo Answers for the rest of your life and BS your way to 10,000 points?

I've got to find my purpose... I keep feeling it, but every time I figure it out, I procrastinate and the opportunity passes me by...

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out all fear because fear has torment. He who fears is not perfected in love. 1 John 4:18.

I believe that the vast majority of indecision is rooted in fear. There is a solution that surpasses facing our fears. I found my purpose for living in surrendering to that Perfect Love who casts out fear. If you're interested in knowing where I found the perfect love to surrender to then perhaps you might like to take a look at John 15:13 and 1 John 4:8.

I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers.

No one really knows despite great scholars trying to find all this for the last 5000 years. I think it serves no useful purpose asking these questions. I would like to live life one day at a time as happily as I can. Excel in work. Mind my daily dose of exercise and meditation to keep me calm and help others if possible.

To know your purpose, you need to ask God -Hes the one who created you in His image (Gen 1:27)

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
For whom he did foreknow, he also did redestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Rom 8:28-31
