True. Have you been reading Carlos Castaneda?
Fear causes countries to attack others because we are afraid of what we do not know. Some consider traditions as extreme and even feel threatened by it.
Power has been taken or given but it is never enough power to feed the beast. (Like what the Devils Weed does to man)
Clarity or knowing too much can be harmful. With more knowledge comes more vexation according to King Solomon. With power comes knowledge. Sometimes it is better to not see everything exactly how it is. It can ruin a man or cause him to lose his mind and become too arrogant. Not having any fear can be dangerous.
Old age is the end, the death. We are afraid to die and lose all that we have worked our whole lives for. I see our nation dying and that is why we are trying to grasp on to anything to stay afloat.
These are all enemies but at the same time you need all three to teach, to live, to experience, and to respect.
Peace!

Those four qualities of existance might be enemies to some, but tools to others. Fear can be used to excel over others. Fear can be used to train one's self. Power can be used to lead others into temptation or death, but it can also be used to lead them into salvation and wealth. Clarity can destroy a man's security or make him lose trust in the world. But it can also wipe away his fear of death and cause him to see a purpose driven duty ahead of him. Old age can cause a man to feel like he is losing is grip on the side of a cliff, or he can look back a see how wise he's become and use that wisdom to assist the younger generation in changing the lives ahead of them.
True and False.

is this a question? Politics uses the first two, obfuscates the third and ignores members of the fourth. Philosophy shuns the first, recognizes the second, elucidates the third and relies on the fourth.I wouldn't call that a meeting.

This question makes absolutely no sense. Where did you come up with these four as the enemies of mankind? Have you considered more pertinent items such as, ignorance, intolerance, tyranny, disease.
