Never bring any contact lenses in contact with tap water. Do not substitute any solutions with tap water.
• Don't neglect lens care. Clean your lenses daily with a recommended cleaner. Store them in the lens case with fresh disinfecting solution when they are not being worn.
• Don't also neglect lens case care. Clean your lens case daily and air dry. Replace lens case at 6-monthly intervals.
• Don't use home-made saline solutions. Improper use of home-made saline solutions has been linked with a potentially blinding condition among soft lens wearers.

when you put your contacts in, empty the old solution out of the case and wash it with hot water and dish soap. rinse it very well and place up side down (both pieces) on a clean paper towel and air dry. you should replace your case every 4 to 6 weeks. always wash you hands before handling you contacts, you do not want to get bacteria in your eyes.

The way to wash your lensess' case is to use contact lense cleaner. if you don't have any, go out to any pharmacy and purchase Boston Hard Contact lense cleaner, and squirt some into your contact lenses' case and make sure ur fingers are very clean and dry, so as not to have any water on them. then after you rubbed the cleaner all around them inside of the case, take some contact solution and squirt it in and wash out the cleaner with that. there you have it, a clean lenses case :)

You may try nuking them in the microwave and then rinse them with the same solution you wash your contacts. Another suggestion is to just buy another case. They are very inexpensive. Marc's have the 2 for .99

You shouldn't. You can buy tablets that you put into water to purify it so that you can clean your case, but you should never ever use just tap water to do it.
Ideally, you should replace your contact lens case every 2/3 months, and this will eliminate the problem of it needing cleaning.

The best way to clean them is to boil water and put them in.... It kills bacteria better than just scrubbing... Do this anywhere between once every 2 weeks to a month. Hope this helps
