Gold fish is not a mammel,

its body takes oxygen that is dissolved in the water thru the gills.
the water passes thru the mouth in the gills and out, and the oxygen transfer takes place in the gills and the oxygen is supplied to the body organs thru blood to function and release energy to perform physical activities.

and yes all fish have lungs.. the gills are just like filters.
