u all to try to ask her and if she just give her time she'll come around if she is what u describe her.

always try to be with her (as a friend) show her that u care for her,let her get addicated to see u each day till one day she will feel that she cant handle loosin u (as a friend) then tell her about how u feel for her and if she refuse am sure she won't stop bein ur friend coz as i said at that time she wouldnot handle loosin u
