Mine is the sound of someone swallowing loudly. Either while eating/drinking or talking. Like, on the radio when the DJs have to stop to swallow their spit...etc...I literally can't stand that sound! It makes my blood boil and my stomach roll. I even annoy myself if I hear myself swallow. GRRRRRRRRR. Therapy, anyone?

My lodger when she eats food - she makes a deep guttural groan as she chews and breathes heavily and noisily thru her nose. Very scary and very annoying!

The most annoying sound in the world to me is hearing someone chewing with their mouth open; whether they are eating, chewing gum, whatever. I live with a couple of people who sound like cows when they eat. I have to leave the room until they are done. It's disgusting!

the sound of a fork scraping a dinner plate while someones
eating, it sends ripples down my skin. and the sound of when people are eating, and they eat loudly i.e like swallowing loudly,
or they're wiping their mouths voraciously with napkins
I dont do it, i stab accordingly and pick up the food with the fork and place into my mouth. like a normal friggen adult, there's no need to shovel food into your mouth at a rapid speed like a starving Holocaust victim (unless maybe you are) or if you're in jail. no ones gonna take your food away fatty! and if you ate like
a lady/gentleman, there wouldn't be food all over your face

People that grind their teeth or cracking their knuckles. That popping noice drives me crazy for some reason worse than the sreeching of a chalk board!

I hate the buzz buzz buzz of the alarm clock. I can't even watch movies where that sound goes off without twitching in pain.

I hate the tone of voice that some Yahoo Answer questioners use. I have tried shutting the speakers off but hear it clear as day. Some of the Answerers too.
