unable to scroll down when i open up yahoo in my browser tried resizing the window. any suggestions?

it seem that the right side scroll bar as dissapeared. this problem is particularly annoying when i go to play spades cuz it wont let me go down to double click the room i want to go into.

try this,it's gonna be different but should work. click on view at top lt. of page,click encoding, change to right to left document.
