Well does it have to mean anything? If so, then just ask him instead of assuming it must mean something sinister! I mean golly, isnt life hard enough without jumping to conclusions and assuming the worst?? Try and look at the good side in everything instead of the bad.

This happened with my husband & I when we first started dating he was afraid to tell me that he had more then one child I didnt find out until after we were married that he had another son when I question his reason's for not telling me he said it was because he was afraid I'd judge him for not being apart of that childs life or for not being with the childs mother ( they had a one night stand and she ended up pregnant but wanted nothing to do with my husband only child support from him) my husband didnt tell me out of fear but once he knew he could trust me with his secret he told me and we delt with it together

whatever his reasons are can you really trust a man who keeps secret what is supposed to be one of the most precios things in his life? how would you feel if you had a child, broke up and found your kids dad was hiding the fact the child existed?

he might have been afraid you would run also if it was just a couple of months of went by maybe he wanted to make sure you were worth it and not just there for one reason but if it was years later he had problems and wasnt working through them properly

B: A lot of people want to know what they're getting into before they have the person meet their kid. So, if you're some loud trashy person, for instance, he might not want you to meet his kid.

He's the only one who can answer that. Maybe he wanted to get to know you first. My friend didn't know her husband had a daughter and 3 grandchildren until I told her on her wedding day! I always assumed she knew. He had his reasons, maybe your guy does too. Why don't you ask him?

im not sure, but a girl did the same to me, took her 6 months to tell me, and even thou i didnt run for the hills it has made her weird towards me. if yiou find out, please tell me!!!
