It has these people, and they go to their friends house to pick him up for trick or treating, and he is like sick and has gone to the hospital...and there's like a pumpkin tree...i saw it on family...lol. thanks.

I remember the movie your talking about and I'm trying to find it. I remember watching it when i was younger and it had something to do with pumpkin's on a tree and their names where written on them and there was a really creepy guy guiding them through the night...or something like that.

sorry I can't help, I am to squeamish when it comes to some of the Halloween movies, never watch the bloody ones at all.
